You will need to provide your Name, Address, Contact Phone Numbers and nature of problem(s) in detail. A Minimum Labor Fee (which is applied toward repairs) of $63.50 ( payable by credit-card or money order) is due with each Unit when shipped to us. This Fee does not include return shipping. Return shipping charge is based upon current FEDEX pricing. After a diagnosis we will contact you with an exact cost to repair your unit with return shipping.
